Here we go:

A bathroom: (?)
VERY long intro with Reva taking a candlelight bubble bath and in walks
Buzz and kisses her after squeezing oranges or something into the water
(???)

Cedars: Shaynes Room:
Josh is in bed with Shayne in his arms and thinking about Reva.

Cedars: Lounge:
Annie tells Rick to lay off of her. Rick wants to know why Annie told
Josh she was fine and then popping pills. Annie tells him that Josh
has more to worry about than her stupid headaches. Rick says she's had
migraines before, he'd understand. Annie says all Josh needs to know
about is his little boy in I.C.U. and if her little white lie can get
everyone through the day a little easier, then she's all for it. Rick
wants to know if she's lying to herself as well.

Spaulding Mansion:
Amanda tells Philip she doesn't know who paid Neil Everest to set him
up. Philip suggests she might rethink her answer. Amanda says she has
her problems, the $12 million she owes the I.R.S. Philip tells her the
I.R.S. doesn't believe her and neither does he. He wants her to explain
why Neil Everest is on her client list and this time, he wants the
truth.

Spaulding Enterprises:
Lucy is holding the check to Neil Everest signed by A.M. when he and
Zachary come in talking about going fishing. Zachary asks Lucy if she
likes to fish, she says she thought she did. She tells him about the
check she found and he asks if she believes that A.M. paid to have
Philip set up and lied to her about it.

Roll lighthouse.

Lucy says she believes him. Even though he told her not to pursue it,
she feels it has nothing to do with the check. Zachary says what he
thinks isn't important but how she feels and how she wants to pursue it
is up to her. Lucy says she hates being an adult. Zach wishes her
luck as we hear the elevator open. Lucy goes into A.M.'s office and he
kisses her to apologize for snapping at her earlier. He wants to
concentrate on loving each other and not their families and their
problems. Lucy wants to know about the check before anything. A.M.
wants to know where the heck she got that check.

 Spaulding Mansion:
Amanda says Philip has no business going through what doesn't concern
him. He informs her it's very much his business. He told her she'd
never heard of Neil before the Towers bombing and then he finds out she
not only heard of him, but he was one of her clients in L.A. He tells
her it's his life she's lying about now. Amanda swears she never knew
Neil was involved until the papers. Philip wants to know if she
exchanged sexual favors for his going to jail. Amanda says she loves
Philip. Philip has a hard time believing it. Amanda begs Philip not
to turn on her, he's all she's got left. Philip says that if she
doesn't come clean now he will make sure she serves jail time.

Cedars: Lounge:
Annie says that Josh will get over her lying to him about her headaches
and so will she, when she takes the pill. Rick compares it to her
drinking. Annie wants to know why he's throwing that in her face.
Annie says that of all the people in the world, she would have thought
he'd be the most compassionate. Rick says he is, but he's just trying
to figure out what he's seeing. Annie says all there is is a woman who
is stressed out with a bad migraine and can't understand how she lost
her best friend. Rick laughs and says it's just like Chicago when she
would lose her temper with him because she didn't want him to see that
she was drunk. Annie denies it. Rick tells her she used the exact
same words and it's happening again, this time with the pills. Why
can't she see it? (If looks could kill, Rick'd be 6 feet under!!!)

Bathroom:
Buzz tells Reva the first time he saw her she was giving herself a
sponge bath. She starts to undress Buzz.

Cedars: Shaynes Room:
Josh tells Shayne that he's going to teach him the fast ball he'd been
bugging him about. Josh tells him that sometimes grownups forget to
pay attention to the most important people in their lives. Josh tells
him he's so proud of him and thanks God that they have time to play
baseball together. Josh tells him everyone is happy about his being
fine and he's way overdue for one of Annie's world famous hugs and he's
going to find her.

Lounge:
Annie tells Rick that she is sober and Rick tells her not to get in
another car accident. Annie says he always wants to see the worst in
her so he can help her. Annie says she is a smart recovering drunk and
knows exactly what she's doing with the pills. Rick asks if she has
anyone to talk to. Annie tells him it's none of his business. Rick
says she is going to have a problem when she kills herself or someone
else. Annie claims to have no problems except for an interfering
ex-husband who can go to hell.

Spaulding Mansion:
Amanda agrees to give Philip the truth about Neil but it's not what he
thinks. Amanda tells him that not everyone who used her service wanted
just sex. Some people were just lonely and she and Neil had a lot in
common.
Philip tells her she can't think that it was just a coincidence. She
says no but it may be her fault that Neil came to Springfield because
she sent him.

Spaulding Enterprises:
Lucy tells A.M. where she got the check and pleads with him to tell her
the truth. Since they are partners in everything, and she'll stand by
him no matter, but she has to know the truth.

Spaulding Mansion:
Amanda tells Philip that she may be indirectly responsible for it.
They were friends and did stuff together. Philip says to fast forward
through their sick relationship to the part where he goes half way
across the country. She says that she had pictures of the whole family
on her mantel and one day when Neil was down, he wanted to know about
the happy couple in the picture, Beth and Philip, and so Amanda told
him, in detail. Amanda says that it lessened her homesickness. Philip
finds it hard to believe she had no idea her good friend was coming to
Springfield. Amanda says she never saw Neil again. Philip asks that if
it was that simple, how come she didn't come clean before. Amanda was
afraid he would side with Alex and kick her out of the house. Philip
says it is still a distinct possibility. Amanda says that she's told
him everything and she needs his help with the I.R.S. Philip agrees to
pay what she owes in exchange for her Spaulding stock that way she gain
regain her dignity and whats left of her place in the family. Amanda
tells him to go to hell that he's as bad as Alex. Philip tells her he
is her best bet. She can sell her stock on the open market but won't
get near what he's offering. Amanda walks out saying he is not her
best bet.

Spaulding Enterprises:
A.M. tells Lucy that Alex owed Neil the money for designing the
servants quarters in the back of the house and he signed the check when
she was away in Europe. Lucy says she believes him and is happy to
know the truth.
She says that if they work together they can figure out who it was that
set Philip up. A.M. says he does not want her involved that all she's
going to do is cause more misunderstandings between them. A.M. says he
wants to move on and let him deal with his family. Lucy reminds him
it's her family too, now. He says let him deal with his family the way
he knows how. Lucy reminds A.M. that she doesn't remember the word
obey in their marriage vows. She can't understand why he won't let her
help. A.M. doesn't believe that anyone set Philip up. He says that
he's lying so he can pin it on him and make him lose his place at
Spaulding because Philip thinks he deserves what A.M. has. Lucy says
she owes it to his brother to find out if he's lying. A.M. doesn't
want his family to destroy what they have and the only way to stop them
is to keep her as far away from them as possible. Lucy says she can
protect herself. He says she can't. Lucy says it hurts because she
has faith in him while he doesn't have much in her.
A.M. tears up the check.

Cedars: Lounge:
Josh is looking for Annie. He thanks Rick for everything he's done.
Josh tries to page her. Rick tells Josh to call if he has any
questions. Rick says he's worried about Annie.

Bathroom:
Buzz and Reva taking a bath together to a slow love song. Could these
two REALLY be in love??

Cedars: Shaynes Room:
Annie comes in to check on Shayne and look for Josh. She tucks in
Shayne and he wakes up. Shayne wants to go home and tells Annie he's
not afraid of Momma anymore because Annie said okay and everything is
okay now because everyone is happy.

Cedars: Lounge:
Rick says the problem with Annie is personal, not about his feelings
for her. He tells Josh about the pills. Josh says she has a lot of
headaches. Rick says it's a controlled substance and has to be
monitored very carefully. Josh wants to know what he's getting at.
Rick says that he has a sick feeling that Annie is taking too many.

Spaulding Enterprises:
Amanda makes an offer to A.M. -not about Advantage Systems or 5th
Street and tells A.M. to hop off of his high horse because she may
have the offer of a lifetime.

Spaulding Mansion:
Philip is on the phone to find out how much money he has access to and
tells the person to put it in the draw account. Someone delivers a
letter from some attorneys he's never heard of to Philip. He signs for
it and Philip tips him. Philip's face drops as he reads it.

Lighthouse:
Lucy wants to know from Zachary why is it that a man's viewpoint is the
only one that counts and other such questions about man. Zachary
guesses A.M. Lucy keeps babbling while Zachary is sawing. Zach asks
if a storm is blowing in. She tells him yes and tells him what
happened with A.M. Lucy says someone has to keep peace in the family.
Zach asks what her problem is. She says she doesn't have one. Zach
wants to know why she's there.

Cedars: Lounge:
Josh tells Rick he's seen too many addicts come through the E.R. If
Annie says there isn't a problem, then there isn't one. Rick says he
used to live with her. Josh reminds him he lives with her now and if
she had a problem, he'd know. Rick tells Josh to ask himself how many
pills is she taking and is she taking them when he isn't around. Josh
tells him that he knows the problem, his brother is a recovering
addict. And he resents Rick's coming around to wreck everything she's
worked for and everything that is important to them. Josh tells Rick
he is Annie's husband and if she has a problem, he'll see it and take
care of her.

Spaulding Mansion:
Philip calls Beth and wants to know why he's holding separation papers
in his hand. We know she wants him to come home. He promises that as
soon as the problem with his family is straight, he'll be home. He
says he knows it's hard and wants to know if it's worth giving up
everything they had. Philip says he is trying to put his life back
together for them. It's not to late. He wants her to forget it and
get on a plane and bring Lizzy so they can talk. He begs her not to
hang up. She does.

Spaulding Enterprises:
Amanda says she is raising cash for the I.R.S. And tells A.M. about
Philip's offer for the stock. She tells A.M. she wants $15 million for
it to keep it away from Philip. HE says it's not worth it. She says
it is to keep Philip away forever.

Lighthouse:
Lucy says she's there to vent. Zach tells her to bring a hammer next
time. She thanks him for listening. Lucy says he doesn't talk much,
he just knows the answer. He wishes her luck and she leaves. Zach
says "It's begun."

Freeze on him sawing a board again!
