Frank begins to protest, but seeing the determination in A-M's >eyes, relents. > Down at the dock Lucy is confused by Marion's story. As it progresses, horror >begins to dawn on her as she realizes that Marion is Brent! Brent seeing her >reaction admits to Lucy, that yes, it is him and he continues with his story >ending with the murders of Nadine and Cutter. Lucy realizes that she will be >Brent's next and last victim. She turns to run, but he is too quick and >catches her. Hearing sirens in the distance, Brent pulls a knife and tells >Lucy that she must now die. As he draws the knife to her throat Lucy uses the >self-defense techniques she learned and knocks Brent away from her. She begins >to run, but trips and falls, hurting her ankle. Brent comes upon her, locks >his fingers around her throat and begins to choke her. Suddenly he abruptly >lets go, a gasp of pain escaping him. Brent stands, spins around, screams >"you", loses his balance and falls into the river. Lucy looks up and sees >Susan standing there with a bloodied knife in her hand. > Frank, A-M, and the police all arrive at the scene. Susan explains that she >saw Marion and Lucy at the docks and was looking for them when she overheard >Brent relating his story. Realizing Lucy was in danger, Susan ran and called >the police.
